Daphne has a strong personality, and is highly partial to the {only} man of the house. Ladies … well, not her fave, and ya’ know, that’s okay. Every(dane)body has a preference.

She makes the mail man cry. Ha. Not really. But, she does make EVERYONE nervous when they pull in the drive while she’s the HBIC.

Editors note: Turns out, whelping and new-mom-hood made Daphne and I friends. She doesn’t whole-body-wag when I walk in the door — like she does with Cody, BUT she can’t keep the wiggle out of her tail, and there’s usually a smile on her face. Big improvement over the dis-DANE-ful looks she previously gave. Judgy, she is. ;-)
